Loveable is my fav!

Thanks for this analysis, it's really clear now which one shines the most.

So far pretty satisfied with Loveable's results for my case.

Loveable is definitely the one I’ve used the most too! But I’ve been more and more surprised by Bolt, its capabilities (and pricing) are seriously impressive. Still need to play around with it more to see if I would trade Loveable for it.

Btw, did you see Bolt is hosting a hackathon? Maybe we should create a team with all of us AI experimenters here, how fun would it be to have a Substack crew competing? 😄

Welp, I guess I know what I’m doing this weekend. Good thing it’s raining anyways. The nature gods are making it easy for me.

Yessss, perfect timing! Do it this weekend, as Lovable.dev is free for the whole weekend, so you can build and prompt as much as you want without using credits. No better excuse to dive in.

Unfortunately I paid for mine - so I could collaborate. Almost done, should be grand opening in June. Let me know your thoughts when you see it.

Got it. You can still use the tools I shared if you ever want to quickly test different offers via landing pages. They can be connected as well to your domain.

Thank you so much for sharing. I’ll try some of these out but personally I use durable. What do you think of that one as opposed to these? I’d love to know your thoughts

I’d actually never tried Durable before you mentioned it, just gave it a quick spin now. Looks really promising if you’re focused solely on building a website. I see it's really easy to customize. Seems to be a great alternative if a website is the only thing you’re after.

This is terrific info - thank you ! Question - I haven't tried any of them yet but are these apps hosting the website as well ?

And I will restack this -people will benefit

Expand full comment
Daria Cupareanu's avatar

Only HeyBoss is designed for indefinite hosting on its own servers. Bolt.new and Lovable.dev are more like code-generation tools, they give you a live preview link (like what I shared here), but for long-term hosting, you’ll need to export the code and deploy it yourself or use a third-party service (Bolt, for example, sends you directly to Netlify for hosting). You can also connect a custom domain across all of them though. Hope that helps
