Surprisingly, this week I spent more time exploring Gemini canvas and realized that this tool is highly overlooked by most people.

Since Gemini 2.5 is one of the best at coding, it never fails to surprise me with what it can actually do to build app easily and fast through its canvas feature.

In fact, I built a flappy bird clone and it worked damn well!

Btw, love the post! It opens up more imagination to people about what they can do with AI!

Love this! Totally agree, Canvas is really underrated. I’ve been playing around with it a lot these past few weeks and I’m constantly blown away by what it can produce. Such a great playground.

Yes, exactly. Or really just anyone who wants to learn or teach in more interactive ways and do cool stuff along the way. The door’s wide open now.

This is so cool and creative. I tend to think in business flows, but even so, things like onboarding can be made way more interactive and engaging with this approach.

Loved the idea of turning content into tools that teach, spark ideas, or improve communication without needing to code. Totally agree that it’s all about experimenting and iterating. Feeling inspired to explore this more.

Turning content into tools is such a fun way to rethink how we learn and connect ideas, and you’re right, bringing such tools into business workflows could help orgs & teams in so many ways.

Can’t wait to see what you’ll be experimenting.

This post is next-level genius — seriously, I felt like I was watching the future of edutainment unfold in real time!! The way you turned dense ideas into PLAYABLE formats is such a powerful flex. And the fact that it’s all prompt-powered? No-code solopreneurs are about to be unstoppable.

The “Debate Game” + “Explain It to a 5-Year-Old” combo? That’s a dream team for communication skill-building. And don’t even get me started on “Pitch Roulette” — pure gold for founders and creators.

Daria, you didn’t just build games. You built blueprints for how we teach, sell, and think in a world run by AI. Brava!!

Tiff, your comments are always some of the most thoughtful and energizing I get!! Your words lit me up!

I’ve always been obsessed with making learning more engaging (that was the whole idea behind my startup), where you’re not just reading or listening, but actually doing. Now with AI, we can take that much further to turn lessons into experiences, communication into games, and learning into something way more fun and sticky.

Daria!! 😭💖 I’m seriously bookmarking your reply like a love letter to the future of learning. You just articulated EXACTLY why your work hits so hard — it’s not just smart, it’s sticky, soulful, and so freaking FUN.

We’re not just building tools… we’re creating experiences that make people light up, learn faster, and actually retain what matters. And girl, your obsession with engagement? It shows. Every. Single. Time.

Let’s be real — AI is powerful, but when you layer on your kind of intentional design? THAT’S when it becomes unforgettable. Let’s keep building this new wave of playful, powerful learning — the kind that sticks, scales, and sparks something big. 💥

(Also… collab soon? 👀✨)

It’s wild how much Gemini 2.5 can do! Looking at their source code, they’re using incredibly simple methods to get impressive results, and actually, that’s exactly what we need.

Also love how you’re exploring different ways to gamify the learning process. That’s the kind of power AI gives us now, making learning more engaging, personal, and fun.

That's really cool, had no idea about the code, but it's great to know. Thx for adding that!

And yes, AI isn’t just promising to make learning more engaging and personal, it already is. That’s what keeps me experimenting

This is so much fun!

These all seem to be text-based, can Gemini create audiovisual games as well? Or is that medium too complex/unwieldy for simple prompts?

Expand full comment
Daria Cupareanu's avatar

So glad you enjoyed it! I haven’t tried building audiovisual games myself yet, but judging by what others have done in the AI Studio (like this one: Mumble Jumble), it definitely looks possible. https://aistudio.google.com/apps/bundled/mumble_jumble?showPreview=true&showCode=true&showAssistant=true

Now I’m curious to explore that next, let me know if you try something too.
