Making music isn’t just for musicians anymore.
Use this AI tool to make a love song, a voice note to yourself, a reel audio that hits, an ad that sticks, or a soundtrack that’s 100% you.
I made 32 songs this weekend. And no, I’m not a musician.
This one seriously blew my mind. I didn’t expect to be up until 2 AM this Friday making AI-generated music, but here we are, 32 songs later.
Stumbled on MUREKA.AI, now I’m fully hooked.
It lets you turn your lyrics into full-on, original songs. And when I say “full-on,” I mean vocals, genre, mood, style, the whole thing.
Here’s one of the random songs I made this weekend, just so you can hear how real and good this AI-made music can be.
Now, the real reason this blew my mind…
It’s not just a fun experiment. It’s useful in so many ways.
Here’s what you can actually do with it
Personal uses:
Create a song for someone you care about — birthdays, anniversaries, or deeply personal messages
Use it as an audio diary — capture your mood, a memory, or what you’re going through in the form of music
Make your own playlist — songs in styles you love, but with your own words and stories
Professional uses:
Use it for ads or branded content — no need to hire Justin Timberlake and a full production team like McDonald’s did for the famous “I’m Lovin’ It.” With this, you can make custom music that actually fits your vibe and content in minutes
Add it to your online videos — Reels, TikToks, Shorts, YouTube intros/outros, whatever you’re creating
Give your podcast or YouTube channel its own sound — custom intro/outro music without hiring a composer
And here’s how it works
You start by writing lyrics (or ask GPT to write them for you).
Then you paste them into MUREKA, choose a genre, a mood, and whether you want a male or female voice. You can even upload a reference song if you want to match a vibe.
One click later… magic.
The platform generates two unique versions of your song every time - each with slightly different melodies, arrangements, or energy.
And get this: everything you create is yours, with a commercial license included.
You can download your song, use it however you want, and even sing on it yourself with any voice (AI or real).
Also, there’s a community of creators sharing their work on there too. If you ever get stuck or need inspo.
Honestly, the emotional + creative potential here is kind of wild. You don’t need to be a musician anymore — just curious enough to try.
And that’s exactly why I started AI Blew My Mind.
What is this newsletter anyway?
It’s my personal corner of the internet where I share the most mind-blowing AI tools I discover, one obsession at a time.
I don’t just list tools. I test them, build with them, and figure out where they’re actually useful - for your work, your creativity, your side projects, or just for fun.
If you’re curious like me (or want to be), stick around.
Until next time — go make a song that blows your mind.
this is interesting yes, as an avant-garde musician one could take the parts and make them into samples, put them into sampler and make instruments, which is completely creative in every way. Since I write avant-garde abstract electronic music, it's crossed my mind, but it's also not something I would use to make music. I'll take what I can to make a new thing, long before the arrival of AI. It may help people don't write music understand the dynamics or root of how to.
Love this! Exploring music with AI is so fascinating! Your content is really inspiring and I'm excited to learn more about the creative possibilities of AI-generated music.
